ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was incredible! As a first timer Abiola made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was super motivating throughout the class and really pushed us to push ourselves!! The class was well structured, with a perfect balance of technique, cardio, and strength training. I’ll definitely be back.
