Totally unrelated to her, the studio should definitely have hair ties that are free to use. I go to tons of different exercise studios at a similar price point, and they all provide hair ties in case you forget one. Target sells a pack of 50 for $4. Seems like something the studio could afford to provide.

They all know each other and are extremely welcoming to new comers!! It's a really cool community, if that's what you are looking for! Workout was moderate and fun!
