ver todas as avaliaçõesMansi’s classes are always great. She’s super energetic and makes them challenging. Been working out since 2 years. However, I’m very disappointed with the new class schedule. The 8pm slots used to be the main ones with lower body, upper body classes and were high intensity ones. Now they’re mostly beginner classes. Would appreciate it if the studio can go back to the original schedule.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI think its the best master I have ever tried in Dubai while I tried many. This master is very adequate and sweet. She does not push you when you cannot compared to other pilates places masters. She respects everyone and can make almost custom to all, adjusting the strength etc. she suggested modifications and asked how do I feel. For me it was intense but I really enjoyed the training and I feel I will come again. Recommend to try with this master.

However the class was only 35 minutes long including warm up and warm down.. for the amount of credits especially it should be atleast longer than 45 minutes!! that is the standard in Dubai. If the classes are changed to be longer I will definitely be back :)

The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere, and Coach Leone was absolutely lovely 🫶🏻 The class was intense but totally worth it — Leone gives great posture adjustments throughout and brings this really wonderful energy to the room☺️The music and vibe are something else, and the ceiling mirror adds such a unique perspective to the whole experience.
