It was my first time at the HotShop Victoria Park studio and I felt so welcomed by the staff and my instructor Sabrina. Everyone was super helpful with navigating the studio and Sabrina was very encouraging and her barre class was an absolute blast!

I LOVED this class! I’m still very new to Crush Camp, this class with Rachael was my favourite. The pace was great, I love the atmosphere and vibes!! I will say, this class made me realize there’s some work to be done in terms of my endurance for cardio!!! Will definitely be back :)
