Be aware not to push too fast and hard if you are the first timer and no food at least 1.5-2 hours before class. I have a good sweat. Feel super great after class. Definitely come back!

Anisha’s personal attention to form has not only given me an incredible workout but sparked my interest in Muay Thai. Each class combines authentic striking techniques with high-intensity intervals, and the instructor takes time to ensure everyone's form is spot-on. What started as just a fun workout has turned into a real passion - exactly what you want from a fitness class! Highly recommend.
