She guides, motivates, and gives helpful feedback throughout. It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

She was attentive to my injuries, at the same time pushed me a bit beyond my comfort level. The best reformer class I have done! The studio is beautiful and clean, the coffee is the cherry on top! The workout was challenging whilst incredibly well planned, the music was engaging and motivating, Samantha’s coaching style is absolutely on point. She gave clear and precise instructions, well distributed between floor and treadmill, spacing up the cues, and also engaging with us making us feel part of the class. I will come back for sure!
