She creates a space that feels both soft and strong at the same time, and she guides you with care throughout the entire class 🌞 I had started my day on the wrong foot, but this was the perfect way to end it. I left feeling uplifted, full of positive energy, and with the best vibes ✨ I’ll definitely come back!

I was the only person in the class, so she took the time to guide me through every movement, correct my posture, and explain the proper form in detail. She also adjusted the exercises based on my strength level, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. I never felt rushed, and her encouragement really helped me push myself while staying safe. Highly recommend this studio and the instructor.🫶🏼

Shes really friendly and knows what shes doing, she was very encouraging and engaging throughout the whole workout! Super fun class, will be going again!

Dania was excellent with her instructions and offered helpful tips throughout the class. As a beginner, I felt the session struck the perfect balance, it was challenging enough to push me while still feeling comfortable and accessible for someone new to Lagree.
