He interviewed us first before the session to understand our background and probably level of stamina, then trained us accordingly. For someone who hasn't done any exercise in ages, I survived the class with hopes that I can actually get a proper routine back. The gym was also nice and clean. The staff and other members are friendly and approachable. Overall, we felt welcome and safe.
