ver todas as avaliaçõesYogaFlow with Suha and Christine at Crimson Chambers is absolutely amazing! Inside Flow is exactly what I needed, it’s such a beautiful experience for the body, mind and soul. It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. I only wish they offered more classes so I could enjoy Inside Flow more days of the week! ❤️ Totally recommend it!

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated.
