Vinyasa Flow - Level 2
ver todas as avaliaçõesWent to Hot Vinyasa Flow with Paul on Tuesday at 19.50 for a 70 minute class. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and has been designed with a lot of care and thought, and has a very welcoming relaxed vibe. Paul took us through a well thought out flow with lots of attention to alignment and a few challenging surprises thrown in to keep it interesting! He is a great teacher and is very welcoming to his students. I would highly recommend this studio. It’s right on the Luas line so very convenient with showers and changing rooms available.
