ver todas as avaliaçõesThese classes are exactly what I needed, it’s effective, goes by quick. I took the 10:30 AM class which was a strength focused class, 45 minutes. The instructors are amazing. They come around and help with your form, which is the best part of this class, I feel.p it’s important to do a workout without injuring yourself. Super friendly and informative staff.
