The class was very spacious and the instructor was great at providing accommodations or help to everyone. Many people commented on the extra noise going on in the background but I didn’t mind. Great beginner class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMao's restorative yoga class was a true haven of relaxation. The focus on gentle stretches and the use of props created a deeply calming atmosphere. What truly impressed me was Mao's attentiveness. She subtly noticed when I needed more blankets and provided them without disrupting the flow of the class. This small gesture made a big difference in my comfort level and allowed me to fully sink into the poses. Her guidance was also excellent. During some of the poses, Mao offered assistance with aligning my bolster, ensuring I received the maximum benefit from each position. If you're looking for a restorative yoga class that prioritizes both comfort and proper form, I highly recommend Mao's instruction. It was a truly restorative experience.

The headphones were a game changer for a spin class which gave you the extra push. The transition from spin to yoga was amazing as it helped with stretching the body and not to get sore after. Will be back for more and I highly recommend her class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesEvery time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
