I've gone to 50+ classes and I feel like I learned how to do certain moves correctly with her instruction. I thought I was doing them correctly before but I felt a different type of burn this time that I guess I should have been feeling all along. Crazy what small corrections in form can do.

It was a little intimidating at first to not know much about the class/materials but it was easy to pick up on and great variety in 1 workout. Definitely will be doing it again.
