ver todas as avaliaçõesReally nice class with a very calm flow, and Georgie is lovely. Was beginner friendly but still had plenty of layers to increase the intensity. Since I was with a friend who was new to reformer, this was perfect, but pick the intermediate class if you want more of a challenge.
