ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge but at a pace where you can actually feel your body in each pose rather than rushing from pose to pose. A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was a 10/10! Nicole was so motivating pushing us to keep going till failure and up the weight if we could. The flow targeted every muscle group and the music was fire. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an insane burn and a good sweat!

I’ve seen all kinds of individuals in her class and she sets a precedence; All are welcome and everyone is treated with respect.. She deserves that in return. Come prepared for the workout of your life, surrounded by instructors who care!
