ver todas as avaliaçõesDonny's class is unlike any other. I enter the class person and leave another. It's an hour-long deep meditation set to a beautifuly curated, trance-like but rhythmic playlist. He gives intentional and detailed coaching throughout, keeping our attention on our breath and reminding of micro adjustments for each pose. You can feel that he is totally present and genuinely wants to share this with his community. He has a true gift. After three weeks of traveling and practicing yoga elsewhere, I am so glad to be back to Asteya and in particular Donny's class. Nothing compares.

They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. Friday classes with Collyn are just the best way to unwind from the week and start the weekend. Highly recommend!

For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point. I followed Regina here from another studio - she is truly the best!

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon. It’s a very peaceful environment and I really enjoyed the class and the instructor.
