He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. My only complaint is that the teacher that taught the following class came in immediately, abruptly, loudly and made a lot of noise dropping her mat onto the floor. She was very inconsiderate of the students remaining in the room in savasana. Hopefully this feedback makes its way back to her so that she can be more conscientious of how her energy affects students who come to Hatch.

I honestly wouldn’t come back based on my experience with the front desk HOWEVER the massage therapist, Cindy, was SO good! I had a two hour massage and she was able to do firm to deep the whole time. She checked in with pressure and utilized the full two hours (going a few minutes over). The value for the price of the massage exceeded my expectations. What a queen.
