Good level of intensity but was also happy to support and adjust for individuals as needed to meet their needs. Instructor was also really friendly and had a really good selection of music to fit the sesison. Over all the gym staff were approachable and happy to help. Buzzing atmosphere. Members also friendly and welcoming. Overall a great start to my day.
