In my experience this is by far the best pilates in Stockholm on Classpass, especially for anyone who is into real pilates that leans on classical pilates, and perfecting form - rather than using a reformer as aerobics equipment. This also means the classes here are very safe compared to the alternatives in the city.

These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. She was incredible at cueing spinal articulation and somehow managed to make the feel-good stretches feel just as intentional as the strength work. She even had me perfecting my Mermaid, finding that extra bit of length and control I didn’t know I had. I definitely felt challenged, but in the best way. Strength Reformer is really one of those classes where you surprise yourself with how strong you actually are. I left feeling strong, stretched out, and very accomplished. Daria is such a gem!
