So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This is something I actually really appreciated. Harmony has smaller classes so the instructors can pay close attention to form and when you’re new to working out this is a huge plus!

I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. While this was my first reformer class, I felt like I was just warming up and then the class was over! I wish I skipped to the regular classes. But overall a great instructor and nice space!
