ver todas as avaliaçõesMaxine is not your regular yoga instructor, she brings a refreshing, strength focused approach to the practice which will have you leaving every class with a feeling of empowerment and confidence. Maxine (or “the mad Scouse bird” as she calls herself) brings comedic relief and great energy to each class and will have newcomers feeling at ease within minutes. She isn’t afraid to correct mistakes and give advice and will tell you exactly what your body needs from just one look at your posture. My personal practice has changed and improved so much since I started going to her classes, and I am truly grateful for her confident and hands-on attitude to teaching.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class has become my preferred start to the weekend! As ever, I really enjoyed practice this morning. I definitely feel stronger, the class is always challenging in some way or another and I always leave with a nugget of yoga philosophy/wisdom. Would love to see some focussed teaching on some asanas as I like to get the approach from different teachers, but I appreciate it may be tricky to incorporate into a vinyasa flow class. Hope to do so later in the year on one of John’s retreats!
