ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was excellent with very articulate prompts. This class was very hot, super challenging and I definitely felt muscles. I hadn’t used in a long time the following day! It was also a great exercise in paying attention to the instructor and ignoring all mind chatter. . Corrections were given as a whole (there were no individual hands-on corrections ) so one needs to listen very carefully so it’s not to miss any of the helpful alignment tips and cues.. I am looking forward to returning to this class!

She always knows how to say things without you feeling like you aren't doing enough or too much, she makes you feel like it's your practice and it's at your pace. The studio is warm and welcoming and the class is friendly!! I'd say I'm a regular now and I always feel loved when I come in and a thousand times better when I leave. Will always recommend this studio for anyone who's interested.

I enjoy the flow and movement and the warm heated room. I know stretching should be incorporated so much more so I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I will absolutely be back.
