She went around and helped people (including me) fix their form. She also demonstrated every exercise with alternative movements every time which I very much appreciated. I am definitely looking to becoming a regular member as she and the class were great!

Lots of twists, lots of stretches, lots of breathing and meditative practice, but no standing postures and little to no calorie expenditure. Beautiful room and such a friendly environment. We were given a sandalwood essential oil at the beginning of class, such a treat :) I will 100% be coming back. Oh and also! We got a sound bath at the end of class soooo amazing.
