I have started to use Rachel’s Tuesday mornings at movement as my “check in” how am I progressing, can Ido all the flows, do I want to do all the flows 😂🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 and I believe with her classes I have truly become stronger . She went around and helped people (including me) fix their form. She also demonstrated every exercise with alternative movements every time which I very much appreciated. I am definitely looking to becoming a regular member as she and the class were great!
