I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)

Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

Katalina is obviously a seasoned yoga instructor. I loved the flow of her movements even with the harness. She also guided the first timers very carefully. I would do the class everyday if only it was near me. I had a great stretch!!

One of my favorite things is her playlist; it’s such a nice touch, and the music matches the tempo and energy of each exercise so well. It really helps keep you motivated throughout class. She’s also fantastic about offering modifications tailored to different needs and fitness levels, which makes her classes feel very inclusive. Personally, I know my body well, so I’ll sometimes make my own adjustments depending on what feels right that day or if I’m in the mood to make things even spicier! Overall, her classes strike such a great balance between challenge, support, and enjoyment. I absolutely recommend taking her classes!
