It went fast so it’s not a great class for a beginner who doesn’t know basic yoga moves terminology. However, Kelly was very helpful with prompts on how to have better form.

It was my first time in this studio and I loved learning about ways to enhance our mobility for daily health or as a necessary step before doing more strenuous activities. The studio is clean and has extra mats for those who forget to bring theirs to class. I’ll be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was my first time trying aerial yoga and it was a really cool and fun experience! She is really friendly and understanding of newbies. I think I burned more calories in this class than any other yoga class. I would like to try it again!
