Der Trainer achtet darauf, dass Techniken sicher und präzise gelernt werden, daher ist der Kurs für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene geeignet. Die Stimmung im gym ist familiär und offen, ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt.

ver todas as avaliaçõesFriendly gym, great training vibes with really nice people! Felt like overall a pretty safe place to train too, lots of reminders about rolling controlled. Showers were good too - was worried would be too open and cold, but they weren't. Will be back!

Some challenging moves but I always felt safe under the careful guidance under sensei Lawrence. Definitely going back for a repeat experience. Thanks for the great class!
