This was actually my first time training there after recently moving to the area, and I honestly think YOU is the perfect place to start your fitness journey or continue your training routine. The people were very friendly and welcoming, which made the environment feel comfortable right away. The coach was also very helpful, attentive, and explained every exercise clearly and in detail, so I felt supported throughout the whole session. The atmosphere was motivating without feeling intimidating, and the training itself was challenging in a good way. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

The space is very small, but has tons of different machines (1 of each, so you may have to wait for machines to free up), so you can really get any sort of strength / lifting workout that you need done here. There’s also showers, lockers if you bring your own lock, and separate areas for cycling and other classes. I love an open gym, and the flexibility provided by this one was perfect for me.

No me sentí fuera de lugar en ningún momento. Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.

Good number or people at the class, mostly white belts but some blue, a couple of purple and the coach was an experienced black belt. Very glad to have a BJJ venue in Paris, will def be back whenever I'm in Paris.... Only constructive feedback would be that the receptionist didn't seem to know about ClassPass so needed a bit of explaining to verify I actually had a booking, so would be good for the organisers to pass the message on to receptionist about class pass so they can validate you on entry.
