This was actually my first time training there after recently moving to the area, and I honestly think YOU is the perfect place to start your fitness journey or continue your training routine. The people were very friendly and welcoming, which made the environment feel comfortable right away. The coach was also very helpful, attentive, and explained every exercise clearly and in detail, so I felt supported throughout the whole session. The atmosphere was motivating without feeling intimidating, and the training itself was challenging in a good way. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.
