Although, the class was a little bit slow paced compared to other L3 pilates classes elsewhere, with pauses between moves and focused more on improvement of moves and postures. If you're looking for a more grounded session to deepen your poses this is great, if you want to be challenged for strength and balance in a flow, this is not the class.

I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.

ver todas as avaliaçõesit was a lovely experience for a good price, but I recommend booking a full hour instead of half hour. there is often some overlap with other groups, causing cues for the one shower downstairs. I also would enjoy a bit more oversight and supervision from the hosts (who were cleaning the space really well btw). in my session, I was sharing the space with 2 groups of 3 guys, two of which started talking to me non stop both inside and around the sauna. even though I tried cutting off the talking, I felt quite uncomfortable, especially knowing I paid only for a short time of relaxation.
