The only downside is that there was no host/receptionist during what seemed a busy day, so the therapists had to come to greet new clients during their treatments. I believe unnecessary stress for them and clients. Let them focus fully on the treatment as they are doing such a great work and put someone in reception for few hours during peak times. That would definitely elevate customer's experience further.
