There were a lot of people and she really tried to pay attention if you where doing it well, giving reminder to correct your posture and to keep your belly in. The class was really intense, but that’s exactly what I wanted!! Unusually go to reformer classes and I haven’t been this challenged in a while :)) 10/10

Lina is so detailed when she teaches and really make sure that you are doing the correct forms/ body position. Ayur is also my favorite Pilates Studio in Frankfurt, I must say. They have great instructors and they are all very welcoming 🫶🏼

Dana macht das einfach so toll und schafft es, dass wirklich alles an dem Kurs stimmt. Ich kann ihn jedem von Herzen empfehlen und freue mich jedes Mal aufs Neue darauf!

My only “complaints would be maybe that you should put a sign on the other side of the building, as I, and a few other random classmates I saw, were all having issues finding it based on where Maps tell you to drive. But it’s definitely a place I’ll go to again.
