Her classes are always changing and her approach is so thoughtful, I’m always learning something new. You start with a beautiful message and end with her gentle touch to your shoulders and neck along with an affirmation at the end. Great for all levels as she shows different modifications to certain poses. Expect to sweat and release all the toxins! Thank you Amanda!
