She is a great instructor with her encouragements. ❤️ I will check out other instructors class due to my schedule. but I hope to attend her class again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was clear, the instructions were easy to follow. Considerable amount of exercise was done on mat (30%?), preferred to utilize the reformer more. The warm up and cool down routine before and after the class is good.
