She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAnthony is conducts a great class. HIIT style exercises in between rounds and agility drills to keep you light on your feet. I enjoy adding onto combos during rounds to challenge yourself. Recommend if you want a good workout!
