The only thing I’d mention was that she didn’t seem to fully remember everything so there were some times where we were waiting for instruction, and if anyone was on the wrong side or using the wrong foot she’d just repeat herself til we fixed it rather than coming over and showing us how to do it. Those were super small things though, and overall was a great class and great instructor! 😊

And I love when the instructors help you deepen your stretch and provide essential oils and great relaxing music. Will probably use my entire class pass credits here 😄
