ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a good workout! Both instructors were super cool. They let me borrow gloves for first timer this time, so nice. I'm actually put off/will definitely not sign up for other classes that try to nickel and dime you with stuff to rent when you are a first timer, it's hard to prepare to go first time. Very challenging workout, awesome music that helped to even make accomplishing the exercise a possibility. Instructor went above and beyond to help this newbie learn how to do everything! Really great!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis outdoor high-intensity boot camp class was quite the workout! There’s lots of drills involved but the coaches/group were fun. The only issue was trying to find where the class meeting spot was since it was at a park! I suggest you call the number if you can’t find them 👍🏼 Also, the “how to prepare” mentioned bringing wraps and boxing gloves but we didn’t use them for this outdoor workout. I think it depends on the class you sign up for!
