You are engaged the entire time and there are screens with prompts if you ever get lost or confused as you flow through the different areas. The rapport here is top of the line. We were all encouraging one another and friendly. Experience of a lifetime. Wanted to go to this gym since it was established. ClassPass helped to make my dream a reality. I am so grateful.

Abi pushed me just the right amount and he gave clear instructions on every movement and paid attention to every details. It was such a good workout and I picked up the correct forms of boxing. Highly recommend!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve been to this class a few times and it’s always great. People in the class are super helpful and welcoming. The instructor does a great job teaching and making sure you are paired up with someone more knowledgeable. The class itself is just really fun.
