Her classes are pure 🔥🔥 I Iove that we are always challenged but also given multiple options if the exercises get too tough. Already a big fan of her classes!

No indications on form or posture, no cues on timing to perform the exercise, which is the entire essence of Lagree, etc.. The instructor was not Lucie by the way, was someone else. I normally do Lucie’s classes and I like them better
