She shared that this was her first time teaching in this time slot and as a result, ran into a couple technical issues (e.g., not able to play music), but it would not have been noticeable if she didn’t mention it! Overall a very thoughtful and intentionally built class. For me personally, I prefer a few more props than we were directed to use, but I think the class was fairly accessible for all!

Very relaxing and I am excited to try out their sauna experiences too! Would recommend to wear something easy to take on and off.
