ver todas as avaliaçõesI was curious about this Contemporary Flow class. Only had a few Contemporary Dance classes even if they were all slightly different. It was perfect class for me to calm down myself, stretch my body out and find my mellow natural energy back after having kinda stressful and hectic afternoon. I liked it has more mellow and breathing sequence than typical contemporary choreography. Love both are strong and hot but I’m defo down to have more class! x
