ver todas as avaliaçõesFun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a fun class but there is a learning curve to it! Also it’s a lot of cardio if you weren’t already expecting that! This class really humbled me. It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! Definitely recommend if you’re up for something different!
