Her Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are beautifully guided, with every asana thoughtfully rooted in the breath, creating a practice that feels both grounding and expansive. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, she creates space to explore, learn, grow, and deepen your practice without pressure or judgment.
