ver todas as avaliaçõesCara is a wee gem. I didn’t think I’d find any instructors when Emma left but then I found Cara followed by Ami. Cara’s classes are a mix and focus on a whole body workout which I love. She knows how protective I am of my neck after a precious surfing injury and gives me adaptations. I love her classes so much ❤️
