While the class involves partners, you don’t need to come with one and we rotate between partners multiple times during the class. They offered individualized comments for improvement during the class. I am hoping to come again next week!

I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.

They were super nice and let me enjoy the facilities anyways, but class pass please communicate with your “partners” so they aren’t in an awkward position

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class. It ended up being a 1 on 1 as there were no other sign ups but the instructor gave great instruction. I truly enjoyed myself. If you’re looking for a class with a lot of partner work that is unlikely but the instructor is happy to partner with you and you dance facing a mirror. I enjoyed the ballroom class for sure. They asked about styles of dance I was interested in and we did cha cha and rumba.
