The gym itself was clean yet stocked with a wide range of weights and equipment, the music was motivating, and the format of rotating stations was as fun as it was challenging. That being said, the trainer was super helpful in guiding everyone, not just me, to avoid injuries which I found really helpful. Can’t wait to book again as I get ready for hot girl summer this year.

All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered.
