Her classes are sooo fun but she also pays extra attention to everyone’s form - in particular she noticed my hyper-mobility and made sure throughout the class to keep an eye on my form to avoid injury. I will keep coming to her classes for sure :) (The studio itself is also gorgeous!)

ver todas as avaliaçõesI can be a little intimidated attending new classes as I don’t exercise often but Ina was an excellent teacher that created a really calm space that immediately made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable. One of my favourite yoga classes I’ve attended with a teacher with a great, effortlessly reassuring energy. I’ll be back for sure!
