A little intense especially if you’ve never done barre before or haven’t worked out in a while but it was good! But very refreshing! There were like 3 other instructors in the same class also, one being Candace, and I was amazed because her form was so on point! I do hope to come back again. I highly recommend if you can to come with a friend! 10x more fun!
