ver todas as avaliaçõesMy first Pilates/Hot Pilates class ever and I enjoyed! Challenging to say the least lol (but from what I hear, today’s class was more challenging than usual). I managed to keep up (with modifications). Space was clean. Showers were useful (although showers and vents could use some detailed cleaning). I’ll be back soon for another class! Melissa was welcoming and a great instructor :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class is both accessible and challenging for all. Xochil is an awesome instructor! She plays great music and really knows what she is doing. No dance moves, just great warm-up, and stretching and cool down at the end, with a thoughtfully prepared sequence with hills, speed, intervals, and recovery. GREAT form cueing and gear pushes. How fitness cycling really should be. I got what I came for and the endorphins too. Love the low-key environment as well.
