I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again
