ver todas as avaliaçõesA very unique class with a lot of focus on breath, breaking down the movements and really feeling your body. It was an intentional flow moving through different areas - core/midsection, upper body and lower body, some parts were seated on the stool and some on the mat. It’s good for beginners (as this was my first time) to this style of workout and I’d say good for all ages/work out levels too. I’ll definitely go back again, especially if my body is feeling rigid!
