She perfectly programmed a series to burn out muscles in a functional way while building us up mentally the entire time! I wish more instructors had her expertise!

ver todas as avaliaçõesDonnell is the absolute best ever. Best music ever. The studio treats class pass people less than because we don’t buy the fancy packages. They just started shoe rental for class pass people only and put us on the back corner bikes that NEVER work right. I really love this instructor but the studio is too snobby!
